• My own SaaS layer — accounts, monitors and notifications — on top of the open-source changedetection.io (30k+ stars).
• Backend in Python. The heavy lifting — fetching pages, diffing, alerting — runs server-side.
• Contributions upstream. Not lurking, but code that gets merged.

Open source as the foundation, a product around it. It shows I don't just find my way around an existing codebase — I build a working product on top of it, and keep it running.
